Ms. Zimmerman will serve as the Sr. Account Manager. Katie is the key point of contact for customer communications, assisting Sales and Technical Management throughout the customer experience. She will act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal departments post-sale, during fulfillment, installation, and post fulfillment. She is responsible for making sure all operational objectives are assigned and executed in a timely and organized fashion. Finally, Katie will look to develop long term customer service successes and improve product offerings through client product feedback to Executive Management, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Katie hails from the world of brand advertising for Television Entertainment. She is a Project Manager at her core, having served as Lead PM in the brand promotional space for premiere TV brands. Katie’s past work is best reflected in her commitment to deliver best-in-class client services, simultaneously ensuring timelines and delivery of product are met. She brings a strong ability to cultivate creative solutions to drive effective workflow for businesses seeking growth and greater productivity.
